Gursimran Singh Sidhu
Our founder and managing director, Mr. Gursimran Singh Sidhu is a passionate entrepreneur, agrarian, and philanthropist. Although a graduate in law, Mr. Sidhu is a forward-thinking entrepreneur and has been actively involved in the region’s real estate market since 2007.
Since the start of his real estate journey, he has been associated with numerous prestigious projects. He is renowned for his ability to identify desirable and favourable land parcels, along with his vision as a master planner amongst other relevant undertakings. Passionate to deliver a high-quality living experience to the end users, Mr. Sidhu has transacted over 90 acres of real estate across the greater tricity region. He has been instrumental in multiple crucial projects across the region over the course of his 15 years journey as a real estate tycoon. He works to transform residential plots and commercial spaces that meet the evolving needs of individuals and businesses, whilst incorporating practices that benefit allstakeholders from a value perspective.
His enjoys playing soccer and offers holistic support to the local children’s soccer team at his hometown by providing them with the resources and guidance they need to excel.

Angadjeet Singh Dhillon B.A. LLB
A seasoned professional in real estate, Mr. Angadjeet Singh Dhillon hails from a prosperous and highly revered family in Rajasthan. His family background provided a strong foundation for his entrepreneurial ambitions thanks to the unmatched exposure and learnings he received since his early days.
Since settling in Chandigarh, Mr. Dhillon channelled his entrepreneurial passion towards the growing real estate markets of the greater tricity region by helping builders and developers acquire strategic land parcels at desirable locations.
Often looked up to as an astute tactician and regarded as a trusted figure in the real estate industry, Mr. Dhillon is consistently called upon by large-scale real estate projects to supervise key operational agendas like liaising with regulatory authorities, design supervision with architectural teams, and ensuring smooth labour operations with contractual teams. His friendship with Mr. Gursimran goes back to over a decade, which formalised the inception for their flagship company under the marquee CeeDee Group.
Besides his professional pursuits in real estate, Mr. Dhillon finds joy in travel, 4×4 off-roading, and basketball, which reflect his adventurous spirit and approach to teamwork.
